Youth Sailing Program since 2015
We started as a dream by caring community members, raising money to buy a rag tag fleet of boats, with the goal of bringing the joy of sailing to kids from Kitsap County and other surrounding areas. Since then we have taught more than 1,200 kids how to be safe, independent and skilled at sailing individually and as a team.
Over the years we've kept our heads above water, paying our bills and with ingenuity, maintaining or fleet of 16 boats through camp fees and public and private donations. Every year it get a little harder to maintain our fleet, so we need your help. We know this matters to you. We know this matters to us. Our paid instructors earn summer money, and our volunteer Board and other volunteers in the community pitch in with labor and money.
Every dollar counts. As a 501(c)3 non-profit all donations are tax deductible. Sail Kingston Cove will issue a letter of acknowledgment for each donation which certifies receipt of your donation.
We're asking you to make a difference in kids' lives and bring the beauty and sense of self accomplishment into those lives through sailing on our world renowned Puget Sound.
Thank you.
